About the role

The Product Manager at Connect will build high‑impact solutions for hotels and alternative‑accommodation partners, addressing user and partner challenges across the consumer and host journey. The role involves translating insights into scalable product strategies and collaborating closely with business, technology, design, and analytics teams to drive growth for MakeMyTrip.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build new products and features that are accurate, scalable, and impactful.
• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate with technology, design, QA, supply, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product releases.
• Own and track key product KPIs, analyze performance continuously, and iterate post‑launch to improve adoption.
• Gather product insights through customer engagement, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
• Create a seamless and differentiated user experience for hotel consumers and hosts within the Connect ecosystem.
• Apply data‑driven problem‑solving to simplify complex experiences and deliver intuitive solutions.

Required profile

• Management graduate from a reputed institute with 3–5 years of experience in a consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled business or product environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for improving user and partner experiences.
• Ownership and execution skills to translate ideas into impactful products.
• Strategic thinking to build long‑term product vision aligned with business goals.
• Analytical rigor with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
