Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at EaseMyTrip.com, you will shape the future of our travel platform by turning market insights and customer needs into innovative product solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver features that simplify travel planning and booking.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, customer feedback and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging interfaces.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover opportunities for new features or enhancements.
• Work with engineering, marketing and customer service teams to ensure product goals are met.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate feature impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
• Gather and integrate customer insights to drive continuous product improvement.
• Lead agile processes including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Negotiate with vendors and third‑party providers to enrich product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Plan and oversee product launches and rollouts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the travel or online booking sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• User‑centric approach focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Leadership and influencing skills to guide cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or a master’s in Marketing or Technology is preferred.
