Product Manager – Insurance (6-8 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a product manager for Paytm Insurance who can deeply understand Indian consumers and move quickly from insight to delivery. You will own a high‑impact product area that serves a large, diverse user base and will be responsible for turning ideas into tangible features that reach users within weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end product strategy, from problem identification to shipping and iteration.
• Spend time with users to gather real‑world feedback, translate insights into clear product bets, and work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver.
• Measure success by outcomes rather than output, driving the product area with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience, preferably in entrepreneurship, consumer product building, or top‑tier consulting.
• Strong consumer intuition with the ability to defend product decisions using logic and evidence.
• High agency and a bias for action – you define problems, chart paths, and execute without waiting for permission.
• Sharp analytical and structured thinking, comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.
