Product Manager – India

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Product Manager for India to lead the execution of product strategies, launches, and lifecycle management for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) solutions. This individual contributor will work closely with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to drive adoption and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product plans aligned with business strategy, translating market insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including go‑to‑market activities, pricing strategy, and campaign execution.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and support ongoing optimization, enhancements, line extensions, and phase‑outs.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as clinicians and embryologists, coordinating advisory boards, conferences, and content development.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, clinical, education, and marketing teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into tactical execution and measurable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills for KOL and cross‑functional engagement.
