Product Manager II – Drive Innovative Features

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager II to own one or more product features and lead their execution from concept through delivery. You will develop product development plans, represent your feature area within cross‑functional teams, and translate customer pain points into impactful solutions. The role involves prioritising issues, supporting timely resolution, and showcasing progress to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own product features and drive execution from concept to delivery.
• Develop and maintain product development plans aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders as the feature representative.
• Identify and propose new feature ideas addressing customer pain points.
• Prioritise customer issues and defects using data and insights.
• Lead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.

Required profile

• Experience managing product features or products throughout the lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience prioritising work using customer feedback, data, and business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including product demos.
• Analytical problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
