Product Manager – AI Platform & Legal Workflow

About the role

Lumenci is scaling its agentic AI platform iLumos, delivering B2B solutions for patent analysis and legal workflows. As a Product Manager you will bridge large-language models, workflow automation, and IP domain expertise to turn proof-of-concepts into production-ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master: lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog grooming.
• Translate user stories and technical requirements into clear PRDs, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain delivery momentum across internal engineering teams and external partners.
• Prototype and validate agentic workflows with AI engineers and domain experts.
• Test LLM outputs for reliability, accuracy and domain-specific quality (e.g., patent claim analysis).
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance against user expectations.
• Apply structured problem-solving (5 Whys, root-cause analysis) to diagnose feature gaps and system failures.
• Track key metrics such as user onboarding, feature adoption and satisfaction.
• Build scalable product documentation and ensure alignment with strategic OKRs.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of product management or related experience in an agile/lean environment.
• Proven ability to move from ambiguous problems to shipped features.
• Hands-on curiosity with LLM behavior, prompt testing and light coding.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with high ownership.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with AI engineers, backend developers, domain experts and external vendors.

Required skills

• Understanding of large-language-model behavior in production (hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, latency).
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and vector-search concepts.
• Experience writing clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
