Product Manager – AI Legal Platform

About the role

Eudia is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end user experience of its core AI‑driven legal application. You will translate powerful AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable experiences that align with how corporate legal teams work across contract review, diligence, compliance analysis, and advisory research.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and application experience for core legal workflows, ensuring enterprise‑ready design.
• Design conversational, workflow‑centric experiences that let lawyers ask complex questions and interact naturally with the AI engine.
• Own trust, accuracy, and explainability at the application layer, including structured summaries, citations, and uncertainty indicators.
• Shape search, retrieval, and knowledge‑access mechanisms, linking answers back to source documents.
• Drive user‑AI collaboration, feedback loops, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes to improve system performance.
• Support secure enterprise deployment with permissions, audit trails, and rollout controls, partnering with customer enablement teams.
• Translate vision into a focused roadmap, define KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, task accuracy, trust) and lead execution from concept to scaled usage.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, user‑facing enterprise applications.
• Proven track record building AI products in startup environments, from 0→1 development to early‑stage scaling.
• Strong background in workflow design, usability, and B2B/enterprise UX.
• Experience in regulated or risk‑sensitive domains (legal, finance, healthcare) is a strong plus.
• Technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineering and AI teams and translate capabilities into product requirements.
• Excellent customer empathy, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
