Product Manager – Ads Platform

About the role

Paytm Ads is building the next generation of advertising infrastructure. As a Product Manager you will own key components of Paytm's monetization platform, driving integrations with DSPs, SSPs, SDK partners and measurement providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Paytm's programmatic monetization platform, improving scalability, latency and auction efficiency.
• Build and enhance capabilities across OpenRTB, auction infrastructure, demand routing and inventory monetization.
• Drive integrations with leading SSPs, DSPs, exchanges and other demand partners, creating scalable APIs and onboarding frameworks.
• Own SDK integrations for internal and third‑party monetization platforms, enabling premium demand through SDK and server‑side solutions.
• Build integrations with measurement, attribution and fraud‑detection partners to improve campaign measurement and privacy‑first solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and design through launch, experimentation and scale—defining success metrics and optimizing performance.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of product management experience.
• 2+ years in AdTech, programmatic advertising or marketing technology.
• Experience building B2B platforms, advertising or marketplace products.
• Demonstrated ownership of products from concept through launch and scale.

Required skills

• OpenRTB protocol knowledge.
• SDK integration expertise.
• AI/ML‑powered advertising product development.
• Programmatic advertising ecosystem understanding (SSP, DSP, ad exchange).
