Product Management Specialist – Asia Pacific Consumer Debit

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Management Specialist to lead go‑to‑market strategies for its Consumer Debit portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. You will own product strategy, pricing, execution and scalability for offerings such as Mastercard Essential Debit, Essential for Wallets and the Wallet Express Economics Program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies to drive market penetration and scale.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional pricing, market product, finance and business development teams.
• Engage regional stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve operational efficiency and gather feedback.
• Act as product subject‑matter expert, creating data‑driven narratives and articulating value propositions.
• Coordinate with Global Products to ensure product readiness and enablement.
• Provide leadership updates, track opportunities, report progress and request resources.
• Analyze product performance metrics and recommend strategy adjustments.
• Identify portfolio optimization opportunities and manage pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with a strategic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in product management or program management.
• Good understanding of the payments ecosystem, including issuing, digital wallets and alternative payment methods.
