Product Lead Engineer – AI & Cloud Solutions

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Lead Engineer (Data AI) to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions for safety, regulatory, and clinical functions. The role blends entrepreneurial thinking with hands‑on technical execution, ensuring product architecture aligns with the technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI‑driven solutions, integrating cloud computing and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements, develop product roadmaps, and optimize performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and software development.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Python, Java, C++ programming.
• Machine learning algorithms, neural networks, AI frameworks.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Containerization and CI/CD tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
