Product Expert – Clinical Data Management (India)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a highly motivated individual with life‑science industry experience in the Clinical Data domain to drive product communication and champion customer success for Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS in India.

Key responsibilities

• Build and foster highly engaged user communities, regularly engaging with customers in forums to promote product adoption and deliver value.
• Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
• Drive increased customer value through release education and product capability promotion.
• Capture and relay customer needs and industry learnings to the US‑based Product Management team.
• Collaborate with Veeva field teams to ensure customer success, product excellence, and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years working in the Clinical Management space, typically in Product Management, Consulting, or Professional Services/Implementation roles.
• Recent hands‑on experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical product specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication (written, verbal, presentations).
• Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI, and ability to articulate AI‑driven solutions for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel 15‑30% and be based in India.
