About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Engineer to join the Innovative Medicine R&D Business Technology team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on full‑stack development to support clinical data management and analysis, contributing to global healthcare solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead software architecture and roadmap using Java, Spring, and React.
- Design and implement web applications and RESTful APIs for backend and frontend functionality.
- Provide application support, resolve issues, and collaborate with DevOps for deployments.
- Optimize performance through code, database, and server tuning, and ensure high availability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 1‑5 years of experience as a full‑stack developer.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear communication skills.
Required skills
- Java and Spring framework.
- React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Design and development of RESTful APIs.
- SQL and NoSQL databases, Hibernate ORM.
- Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket for CI/CD pipelines.
