Product Designer (UX & Prototyping)

About the role

Envoy Global is seeking a Product Designer to partner with Product Managers and Engineering in shaping user‑focused experiences for its immigration platform. This early‑career, hands‑on role blends strong UX thinking, visual design, and rapid prototyping to turn complex problems into clear, testable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to frame user problems, define outcomes, and identify learning needs before committing to solutions.
• Translate problems into user journeys, task flows, interaction models, and testable experience concepts.
• Build rapid, AI‑assisted prototypes using Figma, Figma Make, Lovable, or comparable tools, selecting the lightest approach to answer specific questions.
• Maintain and evolve a persistent clickable product demo, ensuring priority workflows stay current, coherent, and visually credible.
• Produce development‑ready reference material, including annotated flows, states, edge cases, interaction behavior, and required assets, and partner with Engineering during implementation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design (exceptional candidates with 1‑2 years may be considered).
• Portfolio demonstrating the full design process from problem definition to usable product outcomes.
• Strong UX and product thinking, with the ability to simplify complex workflows and connect design decisions to business outcomes.
• Clear communication skills and confidence to challenge and improve product thinking while remaining collaborative.
