Product Designer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business value.
• Translate abstract ideas into clear user flows.
• Consider activation, engagement, and retention as core design problems.
• Work across UX, UI, interaction, and system design.
• Prioritize shipping at 80% completeness and iterate quickly.
• Own problems end‑to‑end and ship them to production.
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of end‑to‑end digital product design experience in a product‑driven company.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, typography, hierarchy, motion, and interaction.
• Strong UX intuition – can turn abstract ideas into understandable flows.
• Product judgment focused on activation, engagement, and retention.
• Bias for shipping over perfection and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong opinions, loosely held – able to argue and adapt.
