Producer – Podcasts & Digital Content

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Producer to lead the creation of podcasts and short‑form video content for our audience of finance and entrepreneurship enthusiasts. Based in Mumbai, you will work closely with founders, CEOs and market experts to turn insightful conversations into engaging digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script and produce weekly podcast episodes covering finance, stock markets, business and startup topics.
• Coordinate and execute video shoots, managing logistics, talent and equipment.
• Handle post‑production tasks including audio mixing, video editing and final delivery.
• Create YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels that distill key insights into bite‑size formats.
• Optimize content for YouTube and social platforms to maximise reach and engagement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience producing podcasts and short‑form video content.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business leaders and subject‑matter experts.
• Passion for finance, stock markets, entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems.

Required skills

• Podcast planning and production.
• Video editing and post‑production.
• Creation of YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube and social‑media optimisation.
