Procurement Specialist

About the role

DigiCert is seeking a motivated Procurement Specialist to serve as the central hub for the Purchasing Team’s daily workflow. You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and internal stakeholders to streamline the procure‑to‑pay process and support supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Finance to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process (P2P).
• Own and enforce purchasing policies using DigiCert’s NetSuite system.
• Facilitate communication between the Purchasing Team and other departments.
• Develop, standardize, maintain, and distribute metrics for supplier and team performance.
• Review and revise internal processes and procedures.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Procurement Team.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve supply‑chain issues affecting open orders.

Required profile

• Positive, engaged attitude and self‑motivation.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain operations.
• Goal‑oriented with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Strong personal ethics and high attention to detail.
• Experience documenting processes with flowcharts.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Confident communication via email, phone, and in‑person.

Required skills

• NetSuite (mandatory).
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Graphite Connect or similar systems (optional).
