Procurement Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to drive supplier selection, cost optimisation and tactical sourcing initiatives. You will work closely with category managers and stakeholders to deliver medium‑term sourcing strategies that support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct RFQs/RFPs, analyse quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate supplier performance, recommend improvements and ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with category managers, perform spend analysis and demand consolidation.
• Support contract creation, execution and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in procurement or tactical sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve cost‑saving KPIs and improve supplier performance.

Required skills

• Ariba Sourcing, Coupa, Jaggaer.
• Power BI, Tableau.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modelling).
• Contract lifecycle management tools.
