Procurement Service Delivery Supervisor

About the role

3M is seeking a Procurement Service Delivery Supervisor to lead a team that supports day‑to‑day procurement and sourcing operations. The role ensures high‑quality, timely service delivery while driving continuous improvement and compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement service delivery activities, allocate workload, set priorities and coach team members.
• Resolve operational issues, collaborate with internal stakeholders and monitor performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate policies and 3M standards, and support process documentation and improvements.
• Provide direct supervision, onboarding, training and development for the team, handling performance reviews and attendance matters.
• Coordinate with external workforce vendors or service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified before start date.
• 10–12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, shared services or service‑delivery operations.
• 3–4 years of proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ability to manage priorities within established procedures.
