Procurement Service Center Analyst

About the role

Join 3M’s Procurement Service Center as an Analyst and support transactional procurement activities across assigned regions. You will work in a hybrid setting from our Hebbal office, collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth purchase order lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute simple to moderate transactional procurement tasks for designated countries or business areas.
• Convert requisitions to purchase orders and manage the full purchase order lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate pricing, supplier, and purchasing data in ERP and procurement systems.
• Resolve routine procurement exceptions and respond promptly to supplier and stakeholder inquiries.
• Support compliance with procurement procedures, sourcing guidelines, and internal controls.
• Contribute to reporting, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified before start date.
• 2‑4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in procurement operations or transactional procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus.
