Procurement Planner – Automotive Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Planner to join Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru. The role focuses on coordinating supplier schedules, ensuring material availability, and supporting the automotive and non‑automotive product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduling requirements sent to suppliers based on customer demand, maintaining MRP and supplier records.
• Monitor and improve suppliers’ on‑time‑delivery (OTD) performance and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Purchase, Global Services, IPN and task‑force teams to address bottleneck and supplier challenges.
• Implement improvement measures for blocked, non‑moving and excess stocks to meet individual targets.
• Plan transportation, forwarder and customs house agent (CHA) activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Carry out raw‑material changes according to engineering change requests within defined timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or related discipline.
• Relevant work experience in the automotive or electronics industry.
