About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to lead sourcing activities across craft and home décor, personal care, and jewellery product lines for Isha Life. The role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring product quality, and balancing cost with aesthetic and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Source handcrafted products and home décor items, understanding artisan ecosystems and quality nuances.
• Procure personal care raw materials and packaging, complying with quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage jewellery procurement, including gold and silver, monitoring price movements and purity standards.
• Analyse consumer trends and cost structures to optimise purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and mitigate market volatility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing handcrafted goods, personal care products, or industrial metals.
• Knowledge of quality, regulatory requirements, and supplier capabilities.
• Understanding of market trends, pricing mechanisms for gold and silver, and vendor networks.
• Ability to balance aesthetics, cost, and scalability while ensuring compliance.
