Procurement Manager – Vendor Sourcing & Cost Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead vendor sourcing, negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of display fixtures for our growing business. The role supports the design‑to‑delivery process across India and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential vendors, comparing offers and negotiating terms and pricing.
• Track purchase orders, monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
• Enter order details into internal databases and maintain accurate records of invoices and deliveries.
• Review quality of purchased products and coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage.
• Prepare purchase reports, cost analyses and support financial reporting.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a purchasing officer, purchasing agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and supply‑chain procedures.
• Solid analytical abilities with experience creating financial reports and cost analyses.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
