Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to own end‑to‑end procurement activities across Marketing, HR, Administration, Operations and Customer Service at Snabbit, India’s first quick‑service home‑services app.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including vendor identification, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, commercial evaluation and finalization.
• Manage vendors – onboarding, performance monitoring, relationship management and contract administration.
• Drive cost optimisation, competitive pricing and value creation through effective negotiations.
• Ensure timely procurement of services, consumables, office requirements, marketing materials, events and operational needs.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, spend analysis, savings and vendor performance, and report MIS.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in indirect categories across multiple functions.
• Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations or related field preferred.
• Experience in high‑growth or startup environments and exposure to procurement automation or e‑procurement tools.
