Procurement Manager (Civil & Interior Projects) – Hyderabad

About the role

Lead procurement operations for civil and interior fit‑out projects in Hyderabad, focusing on cost efficiency, contract negotiation, and compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for civil and interior fit‑out projects.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Finalize rate contracts and annual rate agreements to secure favorable pricing.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project procurement.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align procurement plans with project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Required profile

• 4 to 12 years of experience in procurement for civil and interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven expertise in RFQ preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Strong knowledge of rate contracts, annual rate agreements, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
