Procurement Executive – Vendor & Purchase Operations

About the role
Support day-to-day vendor and purchase operations — PO processing, vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and inward logistics — while assisting R&D on NPD sourcing needs. You will work closely with the QC department to ensure compliance and with the warehouse to manage inbound shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain vendor records/performance tracking
- Identify and develop new or alternate vendors
- Raise and follow up on purchase orders end‑to‑end; support R&D procurement for new product development projects
- Maintain procurement documentation and coordinate with QC for compliance
- Coordinate inward logistics with vendors and the warehouse team
- Prepare and maintain open order reports
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or vendor coordination (food/FMCG preferred but not mandatory)
Required skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with SAP
