Procurement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to lead sourcing and vendor management for marketing, branding, global (ROW) operations, corporate gifting, and client experience initiatives. The role ensures timely delivery of promotional materials, event assets, and gifting programs while optimizing cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage contracts with agencies and vendors for marketing, branding, digital, PR, events, printing and media.
• Procure promotional merchandise, signage, collateral and branded assets, executing RFQs/RFPs and commercial evaluations.
• Support global procurement needs across North America, Europe, Middle East and other regions, coordinating international logistics and vendor performance.
• Identify and onboard gifting vendors, negotiate pricing, manage inventory and delivery timelines for employee and customer gifting.
• Coordinate procurement for client visits, executive meetings and hospitality, delivering branded kits and event materials.
• Maintain vendor scorecards, SLA compliance, purchase requisitions, orders and invoice processing.
• Drive cost‑optimization through strategic sourcing and effective negotiations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in indirect or marketing procurement.
• Proven ability to source marketing agencies, branding vendors, promotional merchandise and event services.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and HR.
