Procurement Analyst – GBS (Coimbatore)

About the role

Flex is seeking a motivated Analyst – GBS Procurement to join its Coimbatore team. In this fast‑paced environment you will process purchase orders end‑to‑end, support internal stakeholders, and help maintain optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage C‑class items procurement through the full purchasing cycle (PR to PO, PO issuance, confirmation, delivery follow‑up, and supplier payment coordination).
• Coordinate with vendors to track delivery status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit Open Purchase Order and Shortage reports on schedule.
• Execute pull‑in, push‑out, and cancellation actions based on MRP reports while meeting KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory at optimal levels according to site requirements.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers for PO changes.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, handling shortage/excess escalations.
• Manage urgent receipts, past‑due items, and resolve receiving challenges.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.Com, B.B.A, B.Sc or MBA.
• 0‑2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
