Process Trainer – Lending (West) Manager

About the role

Paytm is seeking an experienced Process Trainer – Manager for its West lending division. You will design and deliver high‑impact training programs that boost product knowledge, sales capability, and process compliance for our lending sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs on lending products, sales processes, compliance and operational procedures.
• Create and maintain training assets such as presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct classroom, virtual and field‑based sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to craft practical learning experiences.
• Assess trainee performance, identify gaps and provide targeted coaching.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content, methodology and delivery.
• Ensure all programs align with regulatory guidelines and evolving business needs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in sales training, learning & development or training delivery within banking, NBFC, fintech or lending.
• Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; certification in Training & Development is a plus.
