Process Trainer

About the role

Altisource is seeking a Process Trainer to design, deliver and manage learning programs for its mortgage and real‑estate operations. The role will be based in Bengaluru and will initially work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live and online training courses for new hires, cross‑skill and floor‑support programs.
• Design and develop need‑based L&D programs aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain training data, analyse performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to convert expert content into learner‑friendly formats.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines and scheduling of training sessions.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance appraisal for trainees and junior trainers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US mortgage origination services.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• People‑management and team‑player attitude.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.
