Process Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Process Trainer to join our Training & Development team and support learning across Business Operations. You will design, develop and deliver process and technical training, helping new hires and existing staff improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver instructor‑led, guided‑learning and self‑paced training programs for Business Operations.
• Assess learning needs, identify capability gaps and monitor training effectiveness.
• Support end‑to‑end employee learning journeys, including New Hire Training, post‑training reinforcement, refresher courses and ongoing skill development.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and operational stakeholders to keep training content accurate and relevant.
• Translate process updates, tool changes and operational shifts into practical learning interventions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in training, coaching, onboarding or employee development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, accountable and passionate about learning and capability building.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules as required.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Basic familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools.
