About the role
We are seeking an experienced Process & Product Trainer to join our E‑Commerce Seller/Marketplace Support team in Pune. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring they are proficient in Seller Central, marketplace policies, and related CRM tools.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver NHA, nesting, and upskilling training sessions.
- Train teams on Seller Central operations, marketplace policies, and CRM usage.
- Conduct training needs analysis, assessments, mock case handling, and refresher workshops.
- Monitor batch performance, track training metrics, and report outcomes.
- Support international E‑Commerce and merchant processes as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in an International BPO environment.
- 1–2 years experience specifically as a Process or Product Trainer.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred background in E‑Commerce or Seller Central operations.
