Process Expert – Treasury & Cash Management

About the role

The Global Process Expert – Treasury & Cash Management will provide deep process, technical and business expertise to BASF’s Finance Service Delivery Units worldwide. You will design, govern, standardise and continuously improve Treasury and Cash Management processes, ensuring they align with the company’s enterprise architecture and global operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Support Service Delivery Units with in‑depth knowledge of Treasury and Cash Management processes.
• Lead the transition of new service scopes, ensuring adherence to global standard operating procedures and tools.
• Drive process governance, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in major finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA system transitions.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR functions across the global hub in India.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Treasury and Cash Management processes in a multinational environment.
• Experience with finance service delivery, process standardisation and governance.
• Proven ability to manage change and support large‑scale finance transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
