Process Executive – Voice (Revenue Cycle Management)

About the role

As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and improving outcomes. The Process Executive – Voice is responsible for handling patient data, medical billing, insurance claims, and compliance tasks to ensure smooth financial operations in healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats professionally, providing product and service information while resolving queries.
• Handle complaints, escalate unresolved issues to specialized departments, and perform end‑to‑end AR follow‑up with insurance companies via outbound calls.
• Analyze claims to identify reasons for rejections or denials and ensure timely resolution, including initiating appeals or further escalation.
• Document all call outcomes and actions taken in the billing system with accuracy.
• Achieve and exceed SLA/KPI metrics such as productivity, call quality, resolution rate, and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with Data, Quality, and Client Teams to ensure smooth claim resolution and maintain strict HIPAA compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate in any stream (BA/BCom/BBA or equivalent).
• 0‑1 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM voice or customer service.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones and five days a week in the Hyderabad office.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes.
• Proficiency with practice management systems and payer portals.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
