Process Executive – Record to Report (RTR)

About the role

The Process Executive – RTR will lead the global lease accounting vertical, ensuring accurate lease accounting, compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and driving continuous process improvements. You will manage a team of experienced professionals and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lease accounting cycle, including modifications, renewals and terminations using lease software.
• Stay updated on changes to US GAAP and IFRS leasing standards and apply them to company processes.
• Ensure all lease requests are completed accurately and in line with the group’s SOX program and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate lease data and maintain data integrity.
• Lead a team of seasoned employees, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in lease accounting or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using lease management software, preferably Nakisa.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of lease accounting standards under US GAAP and IFRS.
