Process Executive – Data Analyst

About the role

The Process Executive – Data Analyst will support Bosch‑India’s customs and foreign‑trade operations by combining process management with data‑driven insights. This role bridges supply‑chain activities and IT tools to ensure compliance, cost savings, and effective reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project‑related process and IT activities for customs and foreign‑trade functions.
• Ensure compliance and maximize utilisation of foreign‑trade schemes for imports and exports.
• Monitor KPIs, consolidate data, perform analysis, validate results and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as the single point of contact for plants on foreign‑trade, transportation and warehouse matters.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination for audits and process implementation.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree, preferably in International Trade or Foreign Trade.
• 4‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain, foreign‑trade (export/import) and customs clearance, including transportation and warehousing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organisation.
