Process Engineer – Semiconductor & Display Manufacturing

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot complex engineering issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiments, collect data, analyze results and compile reports on challenging process engineering tasks.
• Execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) to understand process interactions with hardware and variable parameters.
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of complex systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root cause analysis and resolve difficult process engineering issues.
• Generate technical documentation, presentations and reports for internal and customer use.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and cross‑functional teams to implement new technologies and analytical instrumentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, preferably with exposure to EPI, CVD, RTP or PVD.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving and data‑driven decision making.
