Process Associate – Night Shift US Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Process Associates and Senior Associates to join our International Voice Process team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on US‑based lead generation and customer support, operating on a night shift schedule that aligns with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients to generate leads and provide support.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure a high‑quality service experience.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 5 AM) and relocate to Ahmedabad.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in an office setting.
