About the role
We are seeking Process Associates to handle multilingual customer service calls in English, Hindi and Kannada. The role supports voice‑campaigns, requires basic analytical work using MS Excel, and involves working flexible shifts that cover 24/7 operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in English, Hindi and Kannada.
- Provide support for multilingual customer service campaigns.
- Work shift schedules with flexible week‑off covering 24/7.
- Use MS Excel for basic data entry and analysis.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written), Hindi (verbal) and Kannada (verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and week‑off schedules.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills.
