Process Associate - Cashiering

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Cashiering Operations team. The Process Associate will handle financial transaction processing, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with established procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate cashiering transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
• Perform reconciliation of payments, receipts, and transaction records.
• Review transaction data to identify discrepancies and exceptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all financial activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction‑related queries.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality in daily operations.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent); freshers welcome.
• Strong basic mathematics and numerical aptitude.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
