Process Associate – Accounting (CA / Semi‑Qualified)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Process Associate with a CA or CMA background to support its finance function in Bangalore. The role focuses on general ledger closing, statutory reporting, and audit coordination within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Close the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Post journal entries and provisions for key profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet items.
• Maintain and control the chart of accounts and ensure compliance with IND AS and IFRS.
• Conduct fiscal reviews with senior finance leaders and support balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Facilitate external and group audits, prepare statutory financial statements, and handle board‑meeting deliverables.
• Plan and execute month‑end closing activities, ensure sub‑ledger closure, and circulate accounting schedules.
• Maintain internal controls, document processes, and address audit findings.
• Participate in finance‑control projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification (freshers accepted) or semi‑qualified CA with up to 5+ years in a medium/large manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013, IND AS, IFRS and SEBI regulations.
• Experience handling annual audits under IFRS/IND AS.
