Private Sector Demand Analytics Manager – Infectious Diseases (Consultant)

About the role

This part‑time consultancy supports PATH’s India Country Program by providing technical leadership on demand generation for private‑sector Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment (TPT). The role focuses on understanding and addressing behavioral and clinical barriers that limit TPT uptake among private providers and household contacts in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a rapid qualitative analysis of private‑sector provider readiness and beneficiary risk perception in Mumbai.
• Identify behavioral and clinical barriers that limit uptake of TPT among private providers and household contacts.
• Advise on integration of consistent adherence, safety and completion messaging across virtual tele‑consultations, diagnostic touchpoints and doorstep drug delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on demand‑generation strategies for private‑sector TPT under the guidance of the Deputy Director‑TB and Project Lead.
• Prepare concise evidence‑based recommendations to inform scaling of the private‑provider‑led TPT model.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in public‑health analytics, demand generation or behavioral research, preferably in infectious‑disease contexts.
• Ability to conduct rapid qualitative assessments and synthesize findings for programmatic decision‑making.
• Familiarity with private‑sector health delivery in India, especially TB services.
• Strong communication skills to convey insights to multidisciplinary stakeholders.
