About the role

Invesco is seeking a Principal Data Management professional to join its Investment & Distribution Services (IDS) team. The role supports global trade processing, portfolio operations and data integrity across a 24/7 follow‑the‑sun model, ensuring high‑quality data for investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and recommendations for complex, cross‑region and cross‑functional business issues.
• Assist in the resolution of critical production incidents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise and support escalation processes as required.
• Guide colleagues in day‑to‑day operations and production support tasks.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as Investments, Compliance, Custodians, Fund Accounting Agents and outsourcing vendors.
• Participate in internal and cross‑functional projects, contributing research, analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with global team members, share knowledge and assist with training materials.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day work and appropriately escalate issues.
• Strong understanding of portfolio services, cash management oversight and investment book of record data.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑regional environment.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with internal and external partners.
