Principal Architect / General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Architect / General Manager to lead our Architecture, Design, BIM, Signage, Multimedia and Fit‑Out operations in India. The role combines deep architectural expertise with strong business leadership, overseeing project delivery and driving new business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage India operations across architecture, design, BIM, signage, multimedia and project teams.
• Oversee design and delivery of F&B, retail, restaurant, hospitality and fit‑out projects.
• Manage and develop architects, interior designers, BIM professionals and other technical staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate with Saudi‑based teams, clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with external clients beyond group projects.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, negotiations and project discussions.
• Establish design standards, workflows, quality controls and operational processes.
• Monitor project profitability, resources, timelines and overall business performance.
• Drive growth and expansion of the company’s architectural services.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in architecture and design leadership.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of managing profitable projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate cross‑regional activities.
• Excellent client development and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to set standards, processes and quality controls.
