Principal Analyst – ATR (Finance)

About the role

The Principal Analyst – ATR will be responsible for delivering accurate monthly financial reporting, ensuring timely book closure, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and audit standards across zones and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting for income statement, balance sheet and cash flow across zones/countries.
• Close books, manage ERP accounting entries, journal entries and account reconciliations in coordination with GCC and local controllers.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, MICS and audit requirements while meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Partner with business and operations teams to identify and implement efficiency, productivity and automation improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, MBA or CA qualification.
• 6‑7 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting or audit, preferably in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
