Primary Science Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a Primary Science Teacher to join our international school community at CS Academy on Trichy Road. The successful candidate will deliver engaging science lessons to primary students, uphold our commitment to student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive education, and collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's success. Key responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans and hands‑on activities aligned with the primary science curriculum.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction that stimulates curiosity and fosters a love of science among young learners.
• Assess and monitor student learning and progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student achievements, areas for improvement, and classroom activities.

Required profile

• Hold a degree in education, science education, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• Possess a valid teaching certification and have proven experience teaching primary or elementary students, preferably in science.
