About the role

Take responsibility for the holistic development, safety, and wellbeing of assigned students while ensuring they progress according to their abilities. Support curriculum delivery, student learning, and whole‑school development through collaborative planning, effective classroom practice, and active participation in school events and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the CBSE curriculum using a variety of teaching tools, correct notebooks, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, monitor absenteeism, and communicate with parents when needed.
• Ensure a safe learning environment in classrooms, playgrounds, buses, and during field trips.
• Plan and execute outbound learning activities, guest sessions, and varied teaching styles to enrich learning.
• Identify and support students requiring SEN assistance, offering personalised care during and after school hours.
• Maintain student portfolios, track progress, and report outcomes to parents through written reports and forums.
• Participate in whole‑school development by collaborating on curriculum planning, organising events, and reporting health‑and‑safety concerns.
• Uphold ISP safeguarding principles, treat all individuals with respect, and model school values regularly.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English with clear communication and collaborative skills.
• Analytical and counselling abilities, self‑management, and solid subject knowledge.
• Familiarity with basic IT tools and modern teaching strategies.
• Traits such as high energy, persistence, honesty, integrity, empathy, and humility.
