Presentation Specialist – Corporate Visual Designer

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Presentation Specialist to transform complex data and business concepts into compelling visual communications. You will work closely with global stakeholders to create high‑impact corporate presentations, infographics, and other visual collateral that align with the firm’s branding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert technical data and business ideas into engaging visuals using charts, infographics, photography, and storytelling techniques.
• Design and produce both print and electronic presentation materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Prepare recurring internal and external reporting decks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Update and enhance ad‑hoc presentations for executive management and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand objectives and recommend visual communication solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, brochures, posters, newsletters, and other creative collateral.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews to guarantee formatting compliance and presentation excellence.
• Leverage AI‑enabled design tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Own projects from initiation through delivery, meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, graphic design, or creative services within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting executive leadership and global business stakeholders.
• Background in financial services, asset management, or investment management is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of presentation design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
