Preschool Teacher – Early Learning Centre

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join Wonderland Early Learning Centre in Pitampura, New Delhi. The role involves delivering play‑based, age‑appropriate learning experiences for children aged 1.5–6 years in a nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences for children aged 1.5–6 years.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports holistic development.
• Implement play‑based learning strategies aligned with the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and Montessori philosophy.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's learning journey and developmental milestones.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain classroom organisation, learning resources, and displays.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum planning.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting.
• Basic understanding of the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and Montessori approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Montessori, NTT, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience with activity‑based, inquiry‑led, or experiential learning environments (preferred).
