Pre‑School Educator – International Preschool, Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Pre‑School Educator to join a reputed international preschool in Dollars Colony, Bangalore. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners and supporting their holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 3‑5.
• Plan and conduct creative, play‑based educational activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.
• Collaborate with parents, maintain progress reports, and communicate children’s milestones.
• Adhere to school timings (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Graduate / NTT / D.Ed / ECCEd background preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality with a genuine love for teaching young children.
• Local candidates preferred from nearby areas such as Mathikere, Nagashettyhalli, Bhoopasandra, Lottegollahalli, and AGS Layout.
