About the role
Staford School in Lucknow is seeking a passionate Pre‑Primary Teacher to deliver play‑based, developmentally appropriate learning for young children. The role involves creating a safe, joyful, and engaging environment that supports literacy, numeracy, social‑emotional growth, and creative expression.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age‑appropriate learning activities.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a caring and child‑friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
- Support school events and classroom activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or certification in ECCE, NTT, or Montessori (preferred).
- Experience in pre‑primary or kindergarten teaching.
- Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
